PiNK 2020 Spring Issue (Japanese text only) レンジでチンするだけなのでかんたん!片栗粉をまぶすことで、お肉がパサつかずしっとり。ビタミンと食物繊維もしっかり摂れます。絶品梅だれが、豆苗の香ばしい風味とよく合います。 【材料】2人分 【調理時間】10分 豚ロース肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)180g 豆苗 1/2袋(50g) えのきたけ 1/2袋(50g) 片栗粉:大さじ1 酒:大さじ1 A梅肉:大さじ1/2 Aポン酢:大さじ2 Aごま油:大さじ1/2 【作り方】 豚ロース肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)は塩こしょうをふり、8等分する。豆苗は根を切りとり、長さ半分に切る。えのきたけは、石づきを取り、長さ半分に切る。  8等分した豚肉を広げ、豆苗とえのきたけの1/8量をのせて巻き、片栗粉をまぶす。(同様にして8本作る。)  耐熱皿に重ならないように並べ、酒を全体にふりかける。ラップをふんわりかけて、レンジ600wで4分加熱する。 【A】を混ぜて梅だれを作り、かけて食べる。

PiNK 2020 Spring Issue (Japanese text only) すりごまが水分を吸収してくれるので、お弁当にも入れやすいコールスローです。どんなおかずにも合うように、マヨネーズを加えずさっぱり味に仕上げています。 【材料】4人分 【調理時間】10分 キャベツ:大4枚(200g) にんじん:1/3本(50g) 塩(塩もみ用): 小さじ1/2 コーン缶:小1缶(固形量120g) Aすりごま:大さじ2 Aお酢:大さじ1 A砂糖:大さじ1 Aなたね油:大さじ1 A塩こしょう:少々 【作り方】 キャベツとにんじんは千切りにし保存用ポリ袋に入れる。塩(塩もみ用)を入れて袋の外からもみ、5分ほど置く。出てきた水分をしっかり絞って、袋の口から水を捨てる。 1に、水気をよく切ったコーン缶、【A】を加えて混ぜる。冷蔵庫で3日ほど保存できる。
