RFTC Japan’s Board of Directors oversees and advises the Foundation in its effort to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease in Japan through education, timely screening, and treatment. The board helps fundraising for the Foundation’s activities to raise awareness about breast cancer and fulfill the mission.

Vickie Paradise Green established Paradigm in Tokyo in 1992 and has led the agency through its evolution from publishing and corporate communications into digital, branding and strategy. As Chairman of RFTC Japan’s board, she brings long-standing communications, leadership and community experience to the foundation’s work in breast cancer awareness, education, screening and treatment.

Naoki Hayashi M.D., Ph.D.

Professor and Chairman, Division of Breast Surgical Oncology Director, Breast Center Showa University School of Medicine

Naoki Hayashi, M.D., Ph.D., is Professor of Breast Surgical Oncology at Showa Medical University Hospital and Director of its Breast Center. His clinical work focuses on breast surgery and breast cancer care, and he advises RFTC Japan with specialist medical perspective on breast cancer education, screening and treatment.
