• Volunteering roles will be determined by the RFTC Japan office.
• A volunteer leader will be designated for each team by RFTC Japan to help ensure smooth operations on the day. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• We will assign roles based on the timeframe you choose. (You cannot choose to show up late or leave early.)
• Volunteers must cover their transportation costs.
• We can provide a ‘Volunteer Certificate’ if needed. Please request it in the applicable column.
• Volunteers are advised to keep valuable items with them. The event organizer and related staff do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss occurring before, during, or after the event.
• An obento box and gift bag will be provided to all volunteers. (We cannot provide customized obento boxes, so please bring your own food if you have any dietary restrictions.)
• If, at any time, you cannot make your shift after signing up, please notify the RFTC Japan office immediately via email or phone call. This will allow the office to find a replacement for you.

Qualification
・Open to medical professionals, medical or nursing students, or anyone who has completed a general first aid course (such as bleeding control, CPR, and AED use) within the last three years and holds a valid certification
Role
・Providing first aid in case of participant injuries.
Notes:
• Volunteering roles will be determined by the RFTC Japan office.
• You cannot choose to show up late or leave early.
• A volunteer leader will be designated for each team by RFTC Japan to help ensure smooth operations on the day. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• Volunteers must cover their transportation costs.
• We can provide a ‘Volunteer Certificate’ if needed. Please request it in the applicable column.
• The event will proceed even in the case of rain, so please bring your own rain gear if necessary.
• There are no changing rooms, so please arrive in appropriate attire for the activity.”
