Volunteer – Tokyo Run for the Cure / Walk for Life 2023

Date: Saturday, November 18, 2023
Event time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Volunteer time: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Venue: CITABRIA Bay Park Grill & Bar & surrounding course (5 minutes walk from Yurikamome Line “Shijo-Mae station” and 8 minutes walk “Shin-Toyosu station”)
Position availability: 70 – 80 members

◼︎ Qualification: No experience required!
※ Volunteers must be senior high school students or older. Junior high school / middle school students and younger are not eligible to volunteer.
※ Minors under 18 years old may volunteer with the signed consent of their parents/guardians, except when accompanied by a guardian.

※ Upon request, RFTC Japan can issue a Volunteer Completion Certificate.

Note:
• Roles of each volunteers will be determined by RFTC Japan office.
• Light meal will be provided for all volunteers.
• Volunteers must cover their transportation fee.
• Please show up on time and stay engaged for the entire duration of your shift.
• If at any time you cannot make your shift after signing up, please notify the RFTC Japan office immediately via email or phone call. This will allow the office to find a replacement for you.
• There are no designated dressing rooms, so please come dressed ready.
• There is a cloak area available onsite. Please keep valuable items with you. The event organizer and related staffs are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• The event will take place rain or shine. Please bring your rain gear if it rains.
