Online Run for the Cure / Walk for Life 2026 Terms of Participation and Consent Form
Please read the terms of participation and consent form outlined in these guidelines carefully, and apply only after understanding them.
- This event shall be conducted in compliance with all relevant laws.
- Changes, modifications, cancellations, transfers of rights, or name changes to the registration details after application due to personal reasons are not permitted. Furthermore, no refunds for participation fees will be made under any circumstances after application.
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please participate without overexerting yourself. Refrain from participating if you have a fever, a cough, or feel unwell.
- Please participate at a comfortable pace suited to your own physical fitness and condition. If you feel any abnormalities, please stop immediately.
- You are free to choose your own course; however, considering the COVID-19 situation, please choose a time and environment where you can run safely and securely in your respective region.
- Please refrain from running in groups or running/walking in crowded places. When running with multiple people, please be considerate and maintain sufficient distance. Additionally, please take measures such as wearing a mask or mouth cover.
- Please run/walk in a manner that does not inconvenience others, such as obstructing general traffic.
- Please observe traffic rules and manners, as well as the rules for using facilities such as parks.
- If participating at night, please ensure your safety by wearing reflective materials or using headlights.
- Participants are personally responsible for any injuries, illnesses, incidents, or accidents that occur during participation in this event. The organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever.
- Accident insurance provided by the organizer does not apply to this event.
- The families and guardians (if the participant is a minor) of the participants are deemed to have consented to their participation in this event.
- The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information, strictly complies with laws and related regulations concerning the protection of personal information, and handles personal information based on the organizer’s personal information protection policy. Information will be used to improve services for event participants, such as providing participation guidelines, record notifications, related information, surveys, and information on future events. The organizer may also contact you to confirm application details. Furthermore, personal information (name, age, gender, records, portraits, etc.) in videos, photographs, articles, and records from this event may be published and used on the organizer’s website, social media, and quarterly magazine “PiNK”. The rights to publish and use this information belong to the organizer.
- The organizer is not responsible for any delays in application or payment due to internet equipment or network issues, nor for unrecorded measurements due to app malfunctions.
