Hana-me

Hana-me is a free educational seminar that teaches basic information and challenges misconceptions regarding breast cancer.

The seminar consists of a short lecture followed by a hands-on workshop. During the workshop, participants learn how to self-examine and distinguish between cancerous and noncancerous tumours by using silicone breast models. Participants leave the seminar with potentially life-saving knowledge about breast cancer.

Hana-me seminar, a dedicated initiative designed to empower individuals through knowledge, proactive health management, and community support.

Our mission is built on the belief that early detection and accurate information are the most powerful tools in the fight against breast cancer. By fostering an open environment for learning and dialogue, we aim to bridge the gap between clinical data and personal well-being. Throughout this program, we are committed to achieving four primary objectives:

Share correct information
about breast cancer to dispel myths and provide clarity.

Raise awareness
about the disease to encourage a culture of vigilance and support.

Increase understanding
of the critical importance of regular medical screenings.

Educate men and women
of all ages on the proper techniques for self-examination.
