Pink Ball is an evening of delectable food, spectacular entertainment, and an exciting live auction — all to support an important cause: protecting women’s lives.

Proceeds from the gala ball go towards RFTC Japan’s breast cancer awareness activities, including holding Hana-me seminars, publishing our bilingual women’s health magazine PiNK, and hosting PiNK Beauty Party events.

This year’s Pink Ball will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025. We invite you to register now and join us to celebrate this very special event.

Chef Profile

Katsumi Saito

Banquet Chef, Conrad Tokyo

Katsumi Saito joined Conrad Tokyo in 2017 and worked at all-day dining restaurant Cerise and our modern French cuisine restaurant Collage. He moved to the banquet kitchen in 2020 and won a promotion to banquet chef in 2023. Katsumi now supervises Conrad Tokyo’s wedding and banquet menus, as well as the savory dishes served in the sweets buffet at Cerise.

Before joining Conrad Tokyo, Katsumi honed his skills as a chef at NOBU TOKYO, a leading restaurant in a popular global brand serving innovative modern Japanese cuisine, and Restaurant Sant Pau*, a Michelin three-star restaurant originating in Spain’s Catalonia region. He also worked at Tokyu Hotels, where he deepened his passion and skills as a chef and won awards in the group’s cooking contests.

Utilizing his considerable experience in a variety of culinary genres including Japanese, Spanish, and French cuisine, and all-day dining at hotels, Katsumi is dedicated to creating memorable moments for all customers while meeting their individual needs.

TenrinDaiko continues to showcase the art of Wadaiko and perform their original interpretations for audiences all over the world. In 2015, they received a score of five stars, the highest appraisal at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, one of the world’s largest arts festivals. In a genuine, up-close experience, you will understand why TenrinDaiko have been such a smash hit from Scotland to Southeast Asia, from Stuttgart to Qatar.

STORM

STORM is an electric group formed in 2013. Their stylish performance breaks the boundaries between genres, from classical music to pop. Having sold out all previous concert tours, STORM had their first media exposure in 2014 playing the main theme song for the hit Japanese TV show “きまぐれな魔女たち”. They have been performing all over Japan doing high-impact shows which incorporates choreography for both public and private audiences. Their 3rd album “STORM” was just released in 2022.
