  • Bookings are finalized after payment is confirmed.
  • Please note that if you do not reserve a table for 10, any extra seats may be taken by others with separate reservations. However, even if your group is smaller than 10, you can still choose to pay for 10 seats to ensure the table is secured.
  • Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after the registration deadline (Friday, 21 February 2025).
  • Cancellations will only be accepted by call or e-mail (03-4520-8650 / [email protected]).
  • All provided information will be used for the Foundation’s Pink Ball 2025 events purposes only and will be kept strictly confidential
  • Personal Information Handling: The Organizer, recognizing the importance of personal information protection, will process it in line with our policy. Personal information will be used to enhance services for participants.
  • Usage of portrait rights: The Organizer owns the rights to use images, audio, and film footage of the participants. These may be utilized for promotional purposes on the internet, in magazines, newspapers, and TV broadcasts for current and future events.
