  • Bookings are finalized after payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after the registration deadline (Friday, 23 February 2024).
  • Cancellations will only be accepted by call or e-mail (03-4520-8650 / [email protected]).
  • All provided information will be used for the Foundation’s Pink Ball 2024 events purposes only and will be kept strictly confidential
  • Personal Information Handling: The Organizer, recognizing the importance of personal information protection, will process it in line with our policy. Personal information will be used to enhance services for Participants.
  • Usage of portrait rights: The Organizer owns the rights to use images, audio, and film footage of the Participants. These may be utilized for promotional purposes on the internet, in magazines, newspapers, and TV broadcasts for current and future events.
