Afterwards, dip the okra in cold water before slicing them into thin circular slices.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Defrost the frozen edamame and remove the beans from their pods. Coarsely cop the green shiso-leaves.<\/li>\r\n<li>Separate the liquid and the meat of the canned mackerel. Flake the mackerel.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Pour mixture [A] into a bowl. Afterwards, gradually add the liquid from the can and cold water into the bowl, and mix together.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the cucumber, okra, edamame, and mackerel to the mixture, and mix before serving.
