Proceeds from the gala ball go towards RFTC Japan\u2019s breast cancer awareness activities, including holding Hana-me seminars, publishing our bilingual women\u2019s health magazine PiNK, and hosting PiNK Beauty Party events.<\/p>\n

This year’s Pink Ball will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026. Katsumi Saito<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1706840772171{margin-top: -10px !important;}” el_class=”small”]Banquet Chef, Conrad Tokyo<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1706839998723{padding-top: 25px !important;}”]Katsumi Saito joined Conrad Tokyo in 2017 and worked at all-day dining restaurant Cerise and our modern French cuisine restaurant Collage. He moved to the banquet kitchen in 2020 and won a promotion to banquet chef in 2023. Katsumi now supervises Conrad Tokyo\u2019s wedding and banquet menus, as well as the savory dishes served in the sweets buffet at Cerise.<\/p>\n

Before joining Conrad Tokyo, Katsumi honed his skills as a chef at NOBU TOKYO, a leading restaurant in a popular global brand serving innovative modern Japanese cuisine, and Restaurant Sant Pau*, a Michelin three-star restaurant originating in Spain\u2019s Catalonia region. He also worked at Tokyu Hotels, where he deepened his passion and skills as a chef and won awards in the group\u2019s cooking contests.<\/p>\n

Utilizing his considerable experience in a variety of culinary genres including Japanese, Spanish, and French cuisine, and all-day dining at hotels, Katsumi is dedicated to creating memorable moments for all customers while meeting their individual needs.<\/p>\n
